What about your rates? We consider our rates to be very competitive with the competition. What sets us apart from the rest is that we are professionals. Rates are based on a number of factors like the size of your home, age and services you are looking to have completed. So it is not a one size fits all. The home inspection should take between 2-3 hours for the average home much larger homes will and should take longer. Anything less and you should ask your self was everything inspected.
